Hi!
Now that my digi stamp store is up and running, it’s time to put together a design team to help me promote the digis! If you are interested in applying for the team please read below for instructions.
My plan is to release between 3 to 5 new digi stamps per week. The release day will be each Thursday. As a DT member you will be required to create at least one card per week in advance of the Thursday release. The card will need to be emailed to me by the Wednesday of each week and then promoted on your blog on the Thursday release day.
As a member of the team, you will receive all of the digi stamps that I create while you are on the team and you will also receive a discount from the rubber stamp store.
The term will be 6 months with the possibility to renew at the end of the term.
The deadline to apply is Wednesday Sept. 30th at 5 pm EST and the new team will be announced this Thursday.
To apply for the DT please send me an email with the following structure:
To: PCSDTCall@gmail.com
Subject: Digi DT Call
Please include your full name and what country you live in.
Include your BLOG address. It is required that you have a blog as the team will use their blogs to post their cards and promote the digi stamps.
Include links to 2 or 3 cards or projects that you have created using digital stamps. These can link to specific posts in your blog or to an online gallery. Do not attach any cards to your application, I would only like links to your cards.
Please list the software that you use to print your digital stamps.
If you are currently a member of any other design teams, please list them.
After you email your application, an automated responder will send you an email to confirm that your application was received. I will not be responding personally to each applicant. Those chosen for the team will be notified by email on or before this Thursday. If you have any questions please post them in the comments section of this blog post.
I look forward to receiving your application!
Have a great day!

Today's the big day!!!
Okay, no more teasing, LOL! I'm sure you have been curious to know what the big secret is. Many of you guessed that I will be releasing new rubber stamps today but that's not it, close though.

I’m so excited to announce that Pink Cat Studio is going digital! Today I’m opening an online digital stamp store with a great selection of brand new Halloween and Christmas designs. So now PCS will have two stores, one for rubber stamps and one for digital stamps. Each store will have unique designs so the digi’s will not be offered in rubber and vice versa.
My plan is to add new designs to the store on a weekly basis. I have a ton of ideas for new images and I can’t wait to share them with you.
Here’s a link to the new store: http://www.pinkcatstudio.com/Digital/PCSDigi.htm
I’d love to hear what you think of the store and the digi stamps.
Over the past month I’ve had so much fun creating new images and working with some awesome card designers. Below are some of the fun cards and projects that the designers have created with the new digi stamps. You will find many more cards on the new website and they can also be viewed on the designers’ blogs. A list of their blogs is a bit lower in the post.
Thank you soooooo much to the wonderful ladies who have helped out with my Grand Opening. I am so proud to show you their creations and so grateful for their help.

Itty Bitty Betty is wearing a ladybug costume. She's ready to trick or treat with her flower wand and pumpkin candy basket.

created by Tracey Cuccia
This one is called "Scary Siblings". The younger sibling was a bit scared to go trick or treating so he brought his sock monkey for comfort and is hanging onto his big brother's costume so no zombies will be able to get him.
Here's Itty Bitty Betty in her Witch costume. She has a froggy friend that's tagging along on her hat. When I was a kid I used to carry a frog stuffed animal around on my shoulder. It would balance there perfectly, his name was froggy. So that is what sparked the idea to have a frog friend for Betty.

created by Maria Bell
I just love these treat bags that Maria created. And how cute is that spooky tree!

created by Lauretta See
After I designed the frog for Witch Betty's hat I just had to do more with these frogs. I imagined them to be totally goofy and getting into all kinds of trouble.

created by Suzanne Dean
So then I got thinking how funny it would be to have Witch Betty trying to make her brew but the frogs trying to escape. She still has a smile on her face though because she locked the door and there is no where for these froggies to go, LOL!!

created by Vicki Garrett
This was one of the first designs I created. I just couldn't resist the humour of a dainty little fairy knocking on Frankenstein's door looking for candy. Of course she had no idea who's house this was.
I had to do a little boy version of this design. So here is a little vampire meeting the enormous but friendly Frankenstein.

created by Emily Leiphart
Here's Itty Bitty Bobby in his wizard costume.

Here's Itty Bitty Bobby in his wizard costume.
Originally I just had the cat clinging for life on Betty's hat in this design but I couldn't resist adding those silly frogs again. The one sitting on the broom is holding onto the one flying off the back. Don't worry though, everyone made it safely back home after this crazy broom ride. I love that Inge added the word "ieek". Such a great idea!

Here's Bobby in his robot costume.

created by Suzanne Dean
While brainstorming ideas I wondered what elves would do in their spare time at the north pole. I figured they would play just like everyone else does. I imagined that everything in the north pole would be made of candy so naturally I had to create a candy cane slide.
One of the great things about digital stamps is that you can resize them to any size you need. Here MacKenzie made them really small and designed these adorable gift tags.
Another great thing about digi stamps is you can print them in any colour and even reverse the design. For the inside of Mariska's card she printed this sentiment and reversed the stamp.

created by Inge Groot
I wanted to do some animals popping out of presents so here you can see the cute little penguin. I've also designed a dog and a cat version. This chocolate box gift that Inge created is so pretty and would make such a lovely gift.
Here is Itty Bitty Betty as a ladybug again but this time she is just relaxing on her favourite flower. This stamp would be great for many different type of card themes.
And finally, our little ladybug again but this time she is not carrying her halloween treat basket. If you purchase this design, you get the one with the halloween basket as well.

Here's another cute card with our little ladybug.

More about digi stamps:
If you’re unfamiliar with digital stamps, the image is stored in a file that you can print out from your computer and then colour and place on a card as you would an image that you stamped. The great thing about digi stamps is you can resize them to any size that suits your needs and they are less expensive than rubber stamps and are easy to store. I’ve created a few tutorials on how to save digi stamps to your computer and then print them out using Microsoft Word.
Here is a link to the tutorials:
Thanks so much for stopping by for my Grand Opening!
Have a great day!

What's this? Looks like something exciting is coming!

Hmm, I wonder why Itty Bitty Betty is dancing and doing cartwheels??
Looks like something big is going to happen on Tuesday!
Maybe I should try and spread the word. Would you like to help?
If you post this blinkie on your blog I'll enter you into a draw to win some cool prizes. I can't tell you what the prizes are because Betty would be upset at me for giving her secret away. But I can tell you that there will be 5 winners.
Here are the contest details:
To be eligible to win you will need to post the above animated blinkie on the side bar of your blog and leave it there until the contest ends. Then please leave a comment in this post stating that you added the blinkie and also include a link to your blog. If you don't have a blog you can still enter the contest. Just leave a comment in this post and say that you would like to enter the contest even though you don't have a blog.
Click here to read the instructions on how to add the blinkie to your blog.
This contest will end on September 21st at 5 pm EST and the winners will be announced on this blog on September 22nd. The winners will be randomly chosen from everyone who enters the contest.
Happy Stamping!

About Heather
Hi! ( I have been excited for 9 months now waiting for my month on the team to come, and I am so excited it is finally here!!!!)
I have been Stamping and Scrap Booking off and on for almost 10 years now, but non stop for about 3 1/2 years!!! I am an SU Demo and love to teach classes about stamping and I love love love to color, People images are my favorite to work with. Coloring is my second passion and my favorite mediums are my Copic Markers and Water Coloring. I love to create scenes with my cards and that is probably my specialty, however I also love to try new things and I am always using different techniques and new toys and accessories as they come out!!!! (Shhh don't tell my Hubby, LOL).
I have been Blogging for almost 1 year now and have met some of my very best friends in Stamping Blog Land!!! The Stamping community is just the best and it has enriched my life in many ways I would have never dreamed possible!!! Stampers are the most supportive cheerful, and encouraging people and I love that I get to be part of all of this!!!! I am also a Stay at Home Mommy to Piper 7, Willow 5, and Tucker 2 years old, and a wife to my Hubby Marvin. Believe it or not my kids are starting to become obsessed with stamping coloring and crafting - Go Figure I have no idea where they got that!!!! We have lots of fun stamping together and it is fun to pass on my love of stamps to them!!!!!
